Catherine Foltz, a Realtor since 2004, dedicates herself to assisting buyers and sellers achieve their goals. She empowers buyers to think of their purchase as an investment as well as a home. When working with sellers, she works to prepare their homes to maximize the return on investment. She enjoys representing buyers and sellers in all price ranges. As the partner for Trammell Crow's Maryland Division, Catherine developed and built over 3,800 apartments in Montgomery County, Columbia, and in the Baltimore region. Through her own business, CHF Development, she built and renovated housing in Old Town Alexandria. Catherine has an eye for construction detail and redevelopment opportunities. In addition, she is known for her strong negotiating skills, attention to detail and her approachable personality. Both buyers and sellers benefit from her in-depth market knowledge and sellers appreciate her skill in preparing and marketing their homes.
Alexandria has been home to Catherine since she bought her first home in Del Ray. She has lived
in Old Town and Belle Haven and now she and her husband live in Wilton Woods. As a "soccer
mom", Catherine explored every town in Northern Virginia. Her business extends from Washington, DC to Ashburn, specializing in Alexandria and Arlington.
Catherine's passion for helping buyers and sellers is mirrored by her efforts in the community. She is currently Past President of the Old Town Business and Professional Association and she serves as a Board Member of First Night Alexandria. Other activities include being an honorary member of The Twig, the Junior Auxiliary of INOVA Alexandria Hospital and the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce. She is a former Board member of New Hope Housing, the Greater Wilton Woods Citizens Association and she was an active parent with St. Mary's and Bishop Ireton schools. When she is not assisting her real estate clients, Catherine can be found on the tennis court, in the Shenandoah Valley or spending time with her family and friends.
