There are not many in the business world that I will spend writing a review for, as the sheets of Hurricane Sandy beat against the windows of our gorgeous home in Montclair, VA. There are even fewer persons who deserve to be memorized in an adaption of poetry by T.S. Eliot. But Catherine Foltz is one of the few. I will keep the heart of the review short and concise because if you are in the market for a home, the last thing you have is time. I got my promotion to the DC area on Dec 20, 2011. Thus began the exodus from southern Maryland to NOVA. By true divine intervention, Catherine and I met while she was setting up for an open house in Alexandria. Take away the romantic aspect, and I think it would have been the perfect set-up for a 1980s meet-by-happenchance movie. I was in search of a home and a realtor (after having gone through three previous "typical" realtors) and she was in search of an extra pair of hands to carry in her stuff for an open house and push the condo elevator button. First impression: REAL PERSON. Ladies and gentlemen, we are talking about a woman who met with us throughout the Christmas season, took care of us on her Anniversary, and was responsive in every way you would want personally, while being a consumate professional and expert in her field.
